As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our precast concrete production and installation operations. What you'll be doing

- General labouring tasks associated with the manufacturing of precast panels

- Assisting with the preparation, fabrication, handling, and installation of precast concrete elements on construction sites

- Operating hand and power tools to complete various tasks as required

- Participating in the protected and efficient loading and unloading of materials and equipment

- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure project milestones are met

What we're looking for





- Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar trades and services role

- Casual and Fulltime roles based on experience.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive work culture

- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks

- Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools

- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

- A commitment to workplace health and safety
