We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage insurance repair and restoration projects from commencement through to completion. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate trades and subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise insurance repair projects.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage variations and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Complete project reporting and documentation.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a construction or building supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of residential building and repair works.
- Ability to read plans and manage project schedules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Current driver's licence.
