What You'll Be Doing

You'll be hands-on working across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial sites, delivering work you'll be proud to put your name to, including:

- Lawn & garden maintenance (mowing, edging, hedging, pruning)

- Weed & pest identification & treatment

- Lawn and Garden tidy-ups & makeovers





- Operating and maintaining garden maintenance tools & equipment

- Completing daily job reports and managing time effectively

- Working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards and managing time restraints

- Supporting team members and leading small projects when required

- Implementing softscape works (turfing, planting, mulching)

What We're Looking For

- Dependability – Job requires being reliable, punctual, honest, responsible, committed and dependable, and fulfilling obligations to be a Quality Team Member

- Passionate about landscaping and ability to take initiative with strong attention to detail.

- Demonstrate ability to take direction and execute a task in a team environment

- Must be fast and efficient with work tasks while maintaining a high quality of work

- Physical fitness to handle the demands of outdoor work

- Follow Workplace Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policies

Employment requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience working in Lawn and Garden Maintenance or similar environment

- Certificate II Or III in Horticulture or similar work within the Parks & Gardens industry

- Valid Manual Driver's License with clean driving history (ESSENTIAL)





- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug testing including ongoing random drug and alcohol testing (ESSENTIAL)

- Current Construction Induction Card -White Card

- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and Current Police Clearance are mandatory and must be obtained prior to commencement.

- Desired (but not essential) qualifications include ACDC License, Chainsaw Ticket, LR/MR Truck license.
