Key Duties:

- Carry out first and second fix carpentry across multiple units and levels

- Install kitchens, cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities, and custom joinery

- Hang doors, fit frames, architraves, skirtings, and door hardware (hinges, locks, handles)

- Install timber flooring, staircases, balustrades, and decking where required

- Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications accurately

- Measure, cut, and fit materials on-site to required tolerances

- Ensure all work complies with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards

- Complete all installations to a high standard with minimal defects/rework

- Work closely with site supervisors, project teams, and other trades to keep to program

- Identify and report any defects, variations, or site issues promptly





- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with site WHS requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience in carpentry and joinery, including kitchen installation and cabinetry

- Robust attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship

- Ability to read and work from construction drawings

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

- Comfortable working at heights and from scaffolding

- White Card (required)

- Trade qualification in Carpentry, Cabinet Making, or Joinery (highly regarded)
