About the Role

As the successful candidate, your duties as an Early Childhood Educator will include but not be limited to:

- commitment to on-going implementation of the National Quality agenda,



framework and standards

- creating a welcoming workplace where all children and families are respected & represented

- collaborating with educators about curriculum decisions in order to ensure meaningful learning experiences

- recognising how diversity contributes to the richness of our society (incl. promoting a greater understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing and being)

- promoting children’s learning through worthwhile and challenging experiences/interactions that foster high level thinking skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- Current Diploma in Children's Services (or studying towards Diploma)

- Previous childcare industry experience essential

- Full Australian work rights or permanent residency essential

- NSW Working with Children's Check and current Police check

- Current First Aid qualification

- Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification

- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
