About The Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our consulting team, open to both early-career and experienced candidates. This role is a full-time, flexible hybrid role based in Australia, with some on-site work and travel as required.

You will play a key role in supporting and driving project delivery by assisting in planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk analysis. You collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure milestones are met, prepare reports and insights, and contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and provide expertise in one or more project management disciplines (planning, cost management, risk management etc).

- Collaborate with project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

- Monitor and prepare detailed reports and documentation on project progress for clients and stakeholders.

- Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing across the team and actively develop personal skills and knowledge to stay with current industry trends.

Additional Responsibilities – Consultant Level





- Mentor and coach less experienced team members to enhance their understanding of project management tools and control disciplines.

- Continuously seek to improve processes and tools related to the specialised domain, to support project success.

- Develop and propose effective contingency plans for project risks and opportunities identified in the control discipline.

- Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for complex projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Must be an Australian Citizen (Required)

- Experience in complex project management environments, preferably cost control and scheduling.

- Good understanding of project life cycle and ability to adapt to varying environment.

- Knowledge of complex project management software and tools (Open Plan Professional, PowerBI, P6, Oracle, Microsoft Project, etc.) and general office procedures.

- Ability to interpret, analyse, and present data for management action.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with excellent attention to detail.

- Team-oriented, respectful, and collaborative mindset.

Desirable:

Associate Consultant:

- Degree or higher education in a relevant discipline

- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Assistant, Data Analyst, or Project Coordinator

Consultant:

- Degree or higher education in a relevant discipline

- 3-5 years of experience in Project Controls or Project Delivery

- CAPM or PMP certified
