As South Australia's largest boutique, locally owned and operated accommodation group, we operate six unique properties across Adelaide, North Adelaide and regional South Australia.
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team at our award-winning Majestic Roof Garden Hotel in Adelaide's CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating positive and memorable experiences from arrival through to departure.
Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will be empowered to take ownership of your role while developing your skills within a respected South Australian hospitality business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, efficient and professional check-in and check-out experience
- Delivering concierge services and local recommendations to guests
- Promoting Majestic Hotels & Apartments products and services
- Managing incoming calls and guest enquiries
- Processing accommodation reservations accurately and efficiently
- Allocating guest rooms on a daily basis
- Valet parking guest vehicles
- Processing cash and payments in accordance with company procedures
- Assisting with a variety of Front Office and administrative tasks
About You
You will be someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
- Enjoys building positive relationships with guests and colleagues
- Thrives in a busy environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Communicates professionally and effectively
- Has previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role (highly desirable)
- Has experience using Opera PMS or a similar property management system (highly desirable)
- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)

This is a full-time position working across a 7-day rotating roster.
