We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial 6-month contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting national hiring activity across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in busy environments, enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and is confident to provide guidance and push back when needed.
Your Role
As a key member of the HR function, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of 20–30 roles, spanning both white- and blue-collar positions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple concurrent vacancies
- Partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice
- Developing effective sourcing strategies across platforms including SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Managing screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer processes
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is accurate, compliant, and well-documented
- Enhancing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Supporting onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions
- Maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder and candidate experience throughout
Your Profile
You’re a confident and proactive Talent Acquisition professional who can operate autonomously while managing a high-volume workload.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication skills and the ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships
- Confidence to challenge hiring managers and provide expert recruitment advice
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial or similarly technical sectors (highly regarded)
- Experience recruiting across both white- and blue-collar roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes (20 - 30 roles concurrently)
- Hands-on experience using SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
