? The Role

Full-Time Position
Mackay, QLD
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:30pm

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.

You'll work closely with the business owners and leadership team to drive operational excellence, develop staff,



and support the continued growth of the company.

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Supervisor, Service Manager, Operations Manager, HVAC Manager, Senior Electrician, Refrigeration Manager, or business owner looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop electrical and HVAC technicians.

- Manage daily operational performance and workflow.

- Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth job delivery.

- Monitor productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage P&L; performance, margins, and operational KPIs.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

- Drive accountability and high-performance standards across the business.

- Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.

- Ensure all work aligns with company standards, vision, and values.

- Support business growth initiatives and strategic planning.

You will have:

- Previous leadership experience in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, service, or operations management.

- Strong people leadership and team development skills.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound commercial awareness and business acumen.

- Experience managing profitability, KPIs, and operational performance.

- Australian Electrical Licence.

- HVAC/Refrigeration qualifications highly regarded.

- Experience in service-based businesses or upfront pricing environments advantageous.
