We're looking for a Hospitality Events & Activations Coordinator to own the journey from concept to execution across the 4 Pines venue network. You'll be the driving force behind events that fill venues, build our community, grow revenue and create unforgettable moments for our guests. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and knows how to turn enquiries into unforgettable experiences.
What you'll be doing
Drive Event Sales & Revenue
- Manage and respond to inbound event enquiries across multiple venues.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Develop repeat business opportunities, corporate partnerships and local community relationships.
Bring Events & Activations to Life
- Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with venue teams to build engaging annual and seasonal event calendars.
- Spend regular time in venue ensuring events are executed to a high standard and aligned with the guest experience.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner closely with Venue Managers and Operations teams to ensure events are operationally successful.
- Develop clear event briefs, run sheets and stakeholder communication plans.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, sponsors, entertainers and external partners.
Deliver Commercial Results
- Develop event budgets, forecasts and ROI reporting.
- Monitor event performance including revenue, costs, attendance and guest feedback.
- Ensure labour, supplier and activation costs remain commercially viable.
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality events, activations, venue management or event sales.
- A proven track record of delivering successful events and achieving revenue targets.
- Current NSW RSA
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work across events, including evenings and weekends when required.
