As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Trades Assistants to join our team across a range of Perth metro infrastructure and electrical projects.

The Role

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Trades Assistants to support electrical and civil construction crews delivering pit and pipe, underground services, cable installation and infrastructure works throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

This is an initial casual contract with an immediate start available and strong potential for extension for the right candidates.

Works are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available depending on project requirements.

Scope of Works

Works may include:

- Pit and pipe installation

- Underground conduit installation

- Cable hauling and cable pulling

- Trenching and excavation support

- Assisting with electrical infrastructure installations

- Site preparation and material handling

- Traffic and pedestrian management support

- Working alongside electricians and civil crews

- General labouring duties

- Compliance with site safety and QA requirements





- Completing project documentation as required

We are looking for Trades Assistants who can work safely, take direction, show initiative and represent the company professionally onsite.

- $50–$60 per hour flat rate (experience dependent)

Role Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence

- Construction White Card

- Previous experience as a Trades Assistant within electrical, utilities, civil construction or infrastructure projects

- Ability to pass medical and D&A; screening

- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Highly Regarded

- First Aid Certificate

- Excavation Ticket

- High Risk Work Licence

- EWP Ticket

- Experience in pit and pipe construction

- Experience working on electrical infrastructure projects

- Experience working on Tier 1 civil or construction projects
