Civil Supervisor – Subdivisions
Northside Brisbane | $140K-$160K + Super + Vehicle | Strong Pipeline of Work
Are you a hands-on Supervisor with solid subdivision experience and a passion for getting the best out of your crew? One of our long-standing civil clients on the Northside of Brisbane is expanding and looking for a driven Civil Supervisor to lead the delivery of residential subdivision projects across SEQ.

What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations across bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and services
- Managing subcontractors, plant, and labour to ensure safe, productive sites
- Maintaining quality, scheduling, and reporting requirements
- Working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track
- Leading a positive,
safety-first culture across the crew
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years supervision experience with a proven track record in subdivisions, roads, and bulk earthworks.
- Strong understanding of TMR/SEQ/local council standards
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple moving parts, and solve problems on the fly
- A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership of site outcomes
- Relevant tickets and a construction white card.
