We are entering our next phase of strategic growth.

We are seeking two commercially driven Sales Managers who thrive on converting opportunity into revenue.

This is not a cold-calling role.

This is a performance role focused on converting qualified inbound demand and strategically growing your portfolio.

The Chance

You will take ownership of venue portfolios and drive:

· Conversion of high-quality inbound leads

· New business acquisition

· Strategic account growth

· Revenue expansion across corporate and private markets

PRG generates strong inbound enquiry volume across its premium venues. Your role is to professionally manage, qualify and convert those opportunities at a high rate — while also identifying additional revenue streams.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle — from first contact to commercial close — before handing over to Event Planning and Operations for seamless delivery.

Success will be measured by pipeline value, conversion rate and revenue secured.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Revenue & Conversion

· Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings

· Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets

· Driving strong proposal-to-contract conversion rates

· Identifying upsell and value-add opportunities

· Actively prospecting where strategic gaps exist

· Supporting pricing strategy aligned with commercial targets

Client & Portfolio Management

· Managing key client relationships

· Leading site inspections and sales presentations

· Preparing high-quality proposals and commercial documentation

· Negotiating profitable outcomes

· Representing PRG at events and networking opportunities

Internal Collaboration

· Working closely with Culinary, Events and Operations teams

· Ensuring seamless event handover

· Maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years sales experience (events, hospitality or premium service industries preferred)

· Proven ability to convert enquiries into revenue

· Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

· High-level communication and relationship-building capability

· Professional presentation and confidence in client-facing environments

· Resilience, drive and a results mindset

You must be commercially minded, solutions-focused and confident operating in a premium brand environment.

Salary & Bonus Structure

Competitive Base Salary plus Monthly Performance Bonus which is Uncapped, paid monthly based on revenue secured and conversion targets.
