About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide practical support and companionship to clients, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include:

- Focuses on customers and residents using person centered approach, demonstrates values of patience, empathy and listening and respects the customer's diverse and unique needs.
- Domestic Assistance, including helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable
- Personalised support by assisting clients to live positively, helping with things such as transport to appointments and general help at home.
- Social engagements, participating in activities and fostering meaningful connections.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

- Studying towards Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) is desirable.
- An Australian drivers licence, your own behicle & comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A current Police Check




- Previous experience in providing personal care services to individuals with physical or mental disabilities, elderly or chronically ill patients is desirable.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, customer experience, emotional intelligence, planning and prioritisation and results orientation skills.
