Doggy Daycare Attendant

We are seeking experienced attendants who are passionate about dogs and understand the importance of providing a safe, structured and engaging environment for dogs in a group setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing groups of dogs of varying sizes and temperaments
• Monitoring dog behaviour and maintaining a safe play environment
• Cleaning and maintaining daycare facilities to a high standard
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
• Taking high-quality photos and videos of dogs throughout the day
• Assisting with social media content and customer engagement
• Supporting the team with daily operations and administrative tasks

About You

• Previous dog daycare experience preferred
• Confident handling dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Solid understanding of canine behaviour and body language
• Excellent customer service and communication skills




• Comfortable taking photos and creating engaging social media content
• Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive team player with a genuine passion for dogs

Dog Pet Groomer

Urban Hounds is launching a grooming division and is looking for an experienced groomer who can help establish and grow this exciting new service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, contributing ideas and helping shape the future of a developing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality grooming services across a range of breeds
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships and service standards
• Advising clients on coat maintenance and grooming schedules
• Maintaining grooming equipment and salon presentation
• Assisting in developing systems, procedures and service offerings

About You

• Previous professional dog grooming experience essential
• Ability to groom a variety of breeds to a high standard
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Leadership qualities and an interest in helping grow a grooming business
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
