About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team at Mitch's Auto Repairs in Hervey Bay, Queensland. As a Casual Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including servicing, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment

What we're looking for

1. Relevant trade qualification in automotive mechanics

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanic, preferably in a similar automotive repair shop environment

3. Diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
