ARG Property Management is entering an exciting new phase of national growth; with a management portfolio approaching 2,000 properties across Greater Brisbane, Melbourne and now Canberra, and a powerful pipeline driven by our high-volume project sales business.

We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader/Operations Manager – Queensland to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and performance of our Queensland business.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a modern, fast-moving, nationally connected property management platform; where systems, support, and consistent deal flow are already in place.

The Prospect

Working closely with the Queensland leadership team and broader national business, you will provide hands-on operational leadership across the PM team — ensuring performance, consistency, and a high standard of service delivery.

This is not a traditional portfolio-heavy role.

It is a people-first leadership position focused on:

- Supporting and mentoring Property Managers and support staff

- Driving operational efficiency and consistency across the team

- Acting as a key point of escalation and problem-solving

- Strengthening team culture, engagement and accountability

- Assisting with onboarding, training and team development

- Working collaboratively with our national team across Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra

You will be empowered with full operational, marketing, HR and growth support from our Brisbane HQ, allowing you to focus on leadership and execution — not administration.

About You

You are an experienced property management professional who thrives in a leadership environment.

You bring:

- Proven experience in residential property management

- Strong leadership or senior team mentoring capability

- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

- High standards around service, communication and accountability

- A genuine passion for developing people and building team culture

- A desire to be part of a growing national business

You may currently be a Senior Property Manager, Team Leader, or ready to step into a broader operational leadership role.
