About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring Childcare Educator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, wellbeing, and daily care while creating meaningful educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and conduct educational, recreational and play-based activities that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

- Supervise children throughout daily routines and activities, ensuring their safety, health, hygiene and overall wellbeing at all times.

- Guide children's behaviour and social development through positive interactions and age-appropriate learning experiences.

- Assist in preparing and maintaining educational resources, equipment and learning environments in accordance with centre policies and regulatory requirements.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues while contributing to a supportive, inclusive and child-focused environment.

- Provide day-to-day support to the Centre Manager by assisting with staff coordination, mentoring educators, quality improvement initiatives,



compliance requirements and operational responsibilities when required.

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- AQF Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least two years of relevant on-the-job experience, OR

- AQF Certificate IV in Early Childhood Education and Care, OR

- At least three years of relevant childcare experience.

In addition, you should possess:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Knowledge of children's development, learning frameworks, and childcare regulations.

- Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
