**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Wyong Creek NSW** you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
- Comfortable in providing personal care, companionship care, domestic assistance and transport assistance
- Must have time flexibility to work
- Willing to assist different clients and can start immediately

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
