**A bit about the role**

The accredited Werribee Visitor Information Centre is located right in the heart of the Werribee Park Precinct, at the doorstep of the Werribee Open Range Zoo and our temporary pop-up site at the Pacific Werribee Shopping Centre. As a Visitor Information Officer, you will assist visitors with destination information and ensure we deliver impeccable customer service, whilst managing our dedicated team of amazing volunteers.

Additionally, we are looking for some casual staff who will be staffing our pop-up visitor information stand cover shifts at either our Werribee Park or Pacific Werribee locations.

**What you’ll deliver**
- Manage and maintain our Visitor Information Centre, ensuring positive visitor interactions and outcomes
- Guidance and leadership to our dedicated volunteers
- Accurate data collection and business reporting




- Assist with marketing programs and events to support tourism across Wyndham

**What you’ll bring**
- Exceptional customer service skills, being welcoming to the diverse range of visitors to our City
- Leadership skills, to guide and mentor our volunteer team, previous experience desirable
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to respond to a dynamic working workplace, including working at off-site locations
- Strong administrative skills and autonomy in your work
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
