Job Title: Dry Cleaning Specialist (Saturday Shift)

Location: Stafford Dry Cleaner, Brisbane

Position Type: Casual (Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) with potential for additional hours

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dry Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Stafford Dry Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for operating dry cleaning machinery, ensuring garment care standards, and delivering top-notch customer service. The position is currently for Saturday mornings, but there is potential for expanded hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate dry cleaning machines and equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special care needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting
Provide excellent customer service and support clients with their garment care needs




Demonstrate a willingness to learn current techniques and processes as we grow

Requirements:
Previous experience in dry cleaning or têxtile care preferred
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methods
Robust communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
