We are looking for a passionate and engaging **Allied Health Assistant** to join our team**in Hindmarsh!

**The opportunity**:
- Support families to implement supportive strategies into their everyday lives;
- Coaching and support for families, group programs and individual therapy, linking families with community supports, as well as supporting families and therapists with administrative tasks;
- Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication,
leadership and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports;
- Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training and review;
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
**What do you need to join?**
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families!
- Experience in paediatrics and /or training / experience working in supporting therapy needs will be highly regarded
- No qualification is required, however experience with children and families with additional needs (including lived experience), is essential
- Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to work autonomously in the community;
- Compliance - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid & CPR certificate.
