We are seeking a passionate Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our exceptional team at Jane’s Place Early Learning Centre Alexandria, Sydney, NSW. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and early education to our children. Annual Salary Package: Between $70,000 & $80,000

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To assist your team with the planning and implementing of engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
- To assist your team with observing and documenting children's progress.
- To establish and maintain nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- To ensure a safe, clean and well-organised learning environment
- To adhere to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- To participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

**We are looking for**
- An experienced Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification




- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Creativity and a passion for providing high-quality early childhood education
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
- Working with Children Check
