OFFICE ASSISTANT AND CASHIER

We currently have a casual position available in our office and cashiering team at The Port Lincoln Hotel.

- Excellent hourly rates available, with an annual award rate review
- Mon-Fri $32.31, Sat $38.78, Sun $45.24, PH $64.63
- Average of 10 hours per week, with the opportuntiy for more for the correct candidate
- Rotating weekend roster within the team
- Free on site staff parking
- Free coffee and soft drink while at work

Duties include:

- Daily cashiering and banking - including gaming, TAB and Keno reconciliation, ATM and CRT replenishment
- Daily and Weekly reconciliation of sales
- Reconciling debtor accounts statements
- Entering invoices into account package software for payment
- Entering received stock into H&L; system and processing transfers
- Assisting with processing stock transfers and discrepancies for bars
- Weekly and monthly reporting

The Successful Applicant will have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- IT skills with a willingness to learn current systems
- Experience with cash handling,



preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Wirely, Lightyear and RMS programs favourable
