**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Telephone Debt Collection Specialist, your role will involve:
- Empathetic, considerate, and professional interactions with customers to find effective solutions.
- Quick thinking and the ability to adapt to emotional and high-pressure situations.

- Negotiating payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
**To be considered for this role**:
The following is non-negotiable, and we do require you to commit to this:
- Ability to work minimum 3 shifts per week (**note**: our office is closed on Public Holidays and weekends)
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Ability to finish at 8.30pm Monday to Thursday if required.
- Ability to start at 7.30am if required Monday to Friday.
- Available to work on Mondays
- Available to working Fridays to 5pm.
- Commitment to at least 18 months in this role or LONGER!
- Work from our office location at 799 Springvale Road in Mulgrave - South-Eastern Suburbs.
