**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE **General Labourer

**JOB TYPE **Casual, 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

**LOCATION** Woodpatch, Shed 3, 31 Groves Ave, Mulgrave NSW 2756. (About 10-15 mins walk from Mulgrave Railway Station)

**MANAGER **Chris Grul, Operations Manager

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out tasks at the direction of senior employees to complete customer orders such as cutting, sanding, and finishing
- Safe use of power tools. Instruction will be provided as required, but independent work is expected.
- Responsible for the daily cleanliness of the workshop
- Assist with customer enquiries as required

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**
**Essential**
Driver Licence (provisional acceptable)

**Desirable**
Forklift Driver’s Licence
First Aid Certificate, White Card

**Skills**
- Clear communication skills & attention to detail are essential
- Punctuality
- Eagerness to work to achieve the best possible result
- Ability to take instruction and then complete work independently
- Able to learn and implement constructive feedback
- Appreciate risks associated with work,



such as those associated with power tools and heavy lifting, and take necessary safety precautions

**Experience**
None required, instruction will be provided as needed.

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**
- Achieve a positive attendance record (no unexplained absences, and arriving promptly for scheduled work)
- Achieve tasks in reasonable time frames (allowances will be made for learning new tasks but progress is expected)
- Regularly complete daily scheduled tasks such as cleaning, putting away tools, etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: Up to $29.33 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MULGRAVE, NSW 2756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
