**Join Australia’s largest claw machine operator and take charge of NSW operations.**
We are seeking an experienced State Manager to lead NSW field operations, boost site revenue, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, retail-adjacent environment. This hands-on leadership role is based in Moorebank, with regular travel to Sydney CBD.

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive revenue growth by improving machine performance and site sales.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the NSW Supervisor and field teams.
- Identify and deliver training to improve commercial and operational outcomes.
- Oversee installations, servicing, stocktakes, and audits.
- Quickly resolve operational and site-level challenges.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with your team and stakeholders.
- Travel between Moorebank HQ and Sydney CBD as required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years’ leadership experience in a **revenue-focused, retail-adjacent, or service-based environment** (e.g. gaming, vending, FMCG, retail field ops).
- Proven ability to grow sales,



improve customer engagement, or increase site revenue.
- Strong organisational skills, able to balance operational priorities with commercial goals.
- Logical problem solver with excellent coaching skills.
- Confident communicator who builds robust relationships.
- Sydney-based, within commuting distance of Moorebank and/or CBD.
