? About the Role

You will work directly with the founder and be trained into a high-level growth marketer across Meta, Google and TikTok.

We’re hiring a junior growth marketer to help scale paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

You’ll start by executing campaigns and managing ad refresh cycles within a proven system, while learning how to think about performance, creative testing, and scaling.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to become a high-level growth marketer, not just run ads.

? What You’ll Do

Core (Day 1)

Build and launch campaigns across:

- Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- TikTok Ads

Execute structured ad refresh cycles across all platforms

Upload and manage:

- Creatives
- Copy variations
- Campaign builds

Monitor performance daily:

- CPA
- ROAS
- Frequency and Reach
- CTR
- Platform trends

Identify and flag:

- Creative fatigue
- Performance drops
- Scaling opportunities

Growth (as you develop)

Work directly with founder on:

- Campaign strategy
- Budget allocation
- Platform mix

Contribute ideas for:

- TikTok-first creative angles
- Testing frameworks
- Performance improvements

Learn how to:

- Interpret data at a commercial level
- Understand blended performance (MER)
- Scale campaigns profitably
- Leverage AI Tools

- Campaigns are built cleanly and efficiently across all platforms
- Ad refresh cycles are executed consistently
- TikTok is actively tested and improved
- Performance remains reliable or improves within targets
- You evolve from execution → contributing to strategy

? What We’re Looking For

Must have:

1–2+ years experience in:

- Meta Ads
- Google Ads

Strong attention to detail

Hunger to learn and improve

Bonus (preferred):

- Experience with TikTok Ads
- eCommerce / Shopify experience

Exposure to creative testing
