We are seeking a highly motivated and Regional Operations Manager to lead our Operations team, where the role will be based in QLD. Your experience will see you leading, motivating and managing our QLD Operations team to ensure we meet our customers' needs and support our business's growth through providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of Coregas products. You will be a key member of the Operations team and play a critical role in ensuring that we meet our production and supply chain targets on time and within budget.

**What you will be doing**:
Coregas has a full-time prospect for a Regional Operations Manager - Darra, to join our team based in our Darra, QLD facility. This role will report into the Regional Manager to lead, motivate and manage the Darra operations team to ensure key financial, people leadership, customer service, health & Safety and branch operational targets are achieved.

**What you will be doing**:

- **Hands On **approach to providing leadership and direction to the branch operational teams, ensuring to maintain a motivating and engaging working environment.
- Demonstrating visible HSE leadership and championing a positive HSE culture.
- Managing budgets, costs, and performance indicators for the logistics/ Operations functions.




- Developing and implementing production and logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- You would be expected to have **Hands On **approach in the Key areas of our business, allowing you to step in to support production when required
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Maintaining and managing relationships with all other Coregas Branches
- Manage and lead external and internal audits.

**What will make you successful**:

- Tertiary qualifications preferably in chemical or mechanical engineering will be highly regarded.
- Trade Qualifications desirable
- You will need to be a hands-on person prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the front end of Production.
- Proven production/logistics management and leadership experience - with a hands-on approach.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing supplier relationships.
- Ability to engage with people at all levels.
- A passion for delivering outstanding results, through Leading from the front
- Forklift Licence desirable.
