**Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?**

Reporting to the Office Manager and as part of our close-knit People & Culture team, you will integral to the smooth operation of both our Port Melbourne head office, and our locations nationally. As receptionist, you will be the face of the company whilst owning and assisting with a variety of administrative and office duties. Additional responsibilities include:

- Full time management of Reception area
- Managing and maintaining suppliers & office maintenance
- Reporting & invoicing management
- Event & Travel Coordination




- Lender accreditations & referrer agreement management
- Support the broader business with admin tasks and queries

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Excellent communication skills - you will be the face of our company
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Self drive and ability to work independently, with limit supervision
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience with invoice management systems desirable
- **Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.**:

- **Important** to know, this role requires your availability to work from our Port Melbourne Office **5 **days a week (Monday to Friday) - However life happens, and we will do our best to support adhoc requests.
