**About the role**

As a Lifeguard at Fawkner Leisure Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our aquatic facility’s patrons. You will be responsible for monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach to preventing accidents and your readiness to respond to emergencies will contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.



Your role will be key in upholding these values and ensuring our space is safe and accessible for all.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $32.25 + Super. Part time roles also available.

**About you**
- Ability to make decisions while under pressure
- Being able to manage conflicts with patrons and users
- Ability to stay alert and vigilant in a repetitive work environment
- Ability to multitask
- Providing excellent customer service for all members and guests
- Experience in the Aquatics and Leisure industry will be highly regarded

**Essential Qualifications**
- Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
