**Visitor Experience & Venue Coordinator - Campbelltown Arts Centre**
- Permanent Full Time, 35 hours
- Salary range from $107,680.13 to $116,557.96 plus 11.5% Superannuation

**About Us**:
Located on Dharawal land in the heart of South West Sydney, Campbelltown Arts Centre (CAC) is a leading cultural facility of Campbelltown City Council. It is recognised for its quality and innovative programming where collaboration is centre to the way it works with artists, communities, and partners to present new work that tells relevant stories, challenges perceptions, and amplifies diverse perspectives. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visitor Experience and Venue Coordinator to join our team. **About the role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader to lead the Visitor Experience Team and oversee arts venues to ensure visitors, artists and clients have a positive experience at the Campbelltown Arts Centre and Town Hall Theatre.
In this role you will:
- Lead the Visitor Experience team in delivering outstanding service to all visitors and clients, ensuring that everyone utilising the space or engaging with programs enjoys an exceptional and seamless customer experience at Campbelltown Arts Centre and associated venue/s.
- Coordinate the Arts Centre’s venue/s and visitor services including the daily operation of the Arts Centre facility and Campbelltown Town Hall Theatre.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and implement effective marketing and audience engagement strategies that drive visitation and enhance the profile of the facilities.Work with the leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan, operational plan, reporting, funding and income generating strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field and/or extensive professional experience in visitor services, customer service, marketing or a related field.
- Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
- Extensive experience in event and venue management.
- Ability to manage rosters and supervise staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in financial management including budget development, monitoring and reporting.
- Experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships and cross-industry partnerships.
