With a loyal client base and strong local reputation, we are looking for an experienced consultant to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, values personal service, and takes pride in creating seamless travel experiences.

You will assist clients with:

- Domestic and international holiday bookings
- Flights, cruises, tours, rail and accommodation
- Tailor-made itineraries
- Travel insurance and documentation
- Supporting repeat and referral business through exceptional service
- Building long-term client relationships based on trust

About You

We are seeking someone who brings professionalism, warmth and experience to every client interaction.

You will ideally have:

- Previous extensive experience as a travel consultant in a retail travel agency




- Strong knowledge of leisure travel products and destinations
- Experience with GDS systems and supplier booking platforms, or willingness to refresh skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, team focused attitude
- Ability to work independently in a small business environment
- Passion for travel and helping clients create meaningful experiences
