Introduction:
Rosebank Engineering is seeking Manufacturing Process Line Assistants to support the production of high-quality aircraft components and subsystems at our Wingfield facility.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity?
- Enjoy process-driven work and can follow processes and procedures accurately?

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is not essential — a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable work ethic are what matter most.

We operate across 2 shifts (Day Shift: 5am - 1pm and Afternoon Shift: 1.00pm - 9.00pm).

Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and high-quality work standard
Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions
Strong attention to detail
High-level of manual dexterity and fine motor skills to perform tasks with precision
Willingness to learn and flexibility in performing a range of tasks
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regardless (but not essential)
