**The Company**

Established in 1972, The Mitolo Group has 50 years’ experience in growing, harvesting and packing potatoes and onions for Australia's supermarkets, market wholesalers and numerous export markets.

**The Role**
As an experienced Farm Hand/Tractor Driver your responsibilities will be to assist with all facets of ground preparation and inter row cultivation of high quality potatoes at our Virginia Farm. The position offers a wide variety of tasks including basic mechanical, forklift driving, irrigation, harvesting and spraying. The Virginia Farm Team is a small and successful team, and ideally you will have farm experience in a similar role.





This position is being offered on a casual basis. Seasonal requirements would be full time hours at other times 20-25 hours per week.
- experience in operating modern farm machinery including large scale tractors, harvesters and spray equipment, with preference given to those with harvesting and/or spraying experience
- valuable communication skills which will enable you to liaise with farm managers and harvest crews
- strong attention to detail and have passion and pride in the quality of your work
- basic understanding of large scale cropping.
