About the Role

We are seeking Exploration Technicians (Core Shed) at Tritton. The Technician will support drill core processing, including meter marking, core orientation, cutting, sampling, measuring specific gravity and performing other related tasks as required. The role also involves coordinating core collection from operational sites and delivering high‑quality data in line with industry best practice and Aeris policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

- Teamwork – collaborate with the broader Aeris geological team (Resource Development, Greenfields Exploration and Mine Geology) to foster a positive culture and deliver quality geological outputs.
- Risk Management – identify and mitigate risks associated with daily tasks.
- Stakeholder Engagement – engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Continuous Improvement – drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

- Living within 1 hour drive from the site or having accommodation available locally.
- Manual driver’s licence (current, with proficiency in manual 4WD).
- Previous outdoor work experience or ability to perform repetitive manual labour.
- Demonstrated proactive safety behaviour.
- Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High standard of work quality.
- High‑risk forklift licence – desirable.




- First Aid certificate – desirable.
