Vend Marketplace Virginia is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly cafe team in a part time position.

About the Role

As our Barista, you will be responsible for:
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
Delivering exceptional customer service
Managing workflow during busy service periods
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station
Understanding daily machine maintenance and upkeep
Assisting the wider cafe team when required
Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years barista experience
Weekend availability is a must




Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and consistency
Understanding of coffee machine maintenance and mechanics
Passionate about coffee and hospitality
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and well presented
Team player with a positive work ethic
Someone who enjoys engaging with customers and sharing their coffee knowledge
