Operating Hours & Roster
Studio Hours
Tuesday–Saturday
8:00am – 7:00pm

We're looking for someone with:

You'll be joining a fun, vibrant studio culture with regular team events and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Encourage and motivate members throughout sessions
- Educate clients on mobility, flexibility and recovery benefits
- Support membership growth and member retention
- Assist with studio tours and sales when required
- Ensure client safety and follow StretchLab procedures
- Handle member enquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the studio
- General cleaning and equipment upkeep
Skills & Experience
Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in fitness, health, wellness or related industry
- Hands-on experience working with clients
- Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent fitness qualification)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing
- Our studio is located in Gladesville. Are you able to commute reliably and arrive on time for shifts?
- Are you available to complete our face-to-face training program? Which is held monthly on a weekend Saturday 12pm to 5pm and Sunday 830am to 2pm.
