Personal and Executive Assistant to the President of an Organic Personal Care company and an Environmental Conservation Not-For-Profit.

You will assist at my home office in Bilinga on Monday and Thursday from 10am - 4pm.

The job duties will include and are not limited to:
Cleaning

Organising

Meal Prep

Food Prep

Shopping

Executive Assistant Skills are a bonus, not all are required:
Excel

Logistics

Supply Chain management

Processing Online Orders

Content Creation

Photography

Photoshop

The primary function of the role is to keep the work flow smooth and effective.

There are a lot of tasks and responsibilities that vary from day to day so being versatile and keeping things organised will be a positive fit.

We will start with the basics and add more skills as we go. There is room for growth in this role.

Someone who is inspired by sustainability, health, outdoor exercise and 420 friendly will enjoy this job.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
