**Hi I am Brett, you’ll be helping me as we turn this 40 year old family run business around. I recently took over from my parents. It’s a excellent traditional business built on word of mouth and relationships. I don’t want to lose this, but word of mouth and old school ways of manually running a business just doesn’t cut it in this ai, automation, social media, instant gratification business environment.**

**So we are looking for a go getter, someone with attention to detail, some who likes everything highly organised, OCD even, they will help us organise and get the business running like a well oiled machine.**

**Your role will be in our customer facing office so you’ll need to know how to answer phones and speak with a variety of customers from the truck driver, business owner through the delivery man and the family with kids and a flat tyre. Everyone needs tyres and our job is to find the right one for every situation and every budget.**

**We’re a Tyre Plus store. Tyre Plus is Michelin, the largest tyre company in the world’s passenger and four wheel drive arm, but we’re more than that we’re our client’s truck, bus, forklift, crane, earthmoving, lawn mowing, road building,



quarry, long haul experts.**

**We’re working closely with many of Michelin’s fleets to reduce their cost per kilometre and total cost of ownership, it’s a data driven, technology lead, problem solving approach seldom seen in the industry which is hell bent on price cutting but we’re bringing this to every vehicle.**

**You’ll be working with our Darra based team and also our growing team of support staff in the Philippines. Now that I’ve taken over I am working towards bringing new clients to experience Tyre Plus Darra Tyres, and the unique, personalised and highly knowledgable customer experience we’ve become known for.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
