Our casual AV technicians are expected to be able to perform the following tasks:

- Prepare, deliver, install and remove a broad range of vision, lighting, sound and staging equipment for a range of exhibitions and live events
- Effectively load, unload and drive AV24/7 vehicles safely
- Work with Crew Leaders and internal operations to overcome technical and other issues identified on site
- Work within strict timeframes,



managing expectations and displaying a ‘can do’ attitude at all times
- Operate shows at various levels of complexity
- Consult with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service every time, upholding our impeccable reputation

We also expect you to have the following skills and/or experience:

- Be passionate about AV and able to demonstrate your technical experience
- Have strong PC Skills - competent in the use of Windows and other Microsoft Applications
- Be creatively minded with the ability to think outside the square
- Have strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Have demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes within short lead times and cope under pressure
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing clients with clever AV solutions
- Be able to travel interstate as and when required
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation
- Hold a current C Class Australian Driving License (manual preferred but not essential)
