We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hospital Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our state-of-the-art theatre department. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced perioperative environment and is committed to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support a multidisciplinary team across daily floor operations

· Ensure delivery of safe, patient-centred care

· Manage staffing levels, rosters, and workflow coordination

· Escalate clinical or operational issues appropriately

· Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards

About You

· Minimum 5 years' perioperative experience

· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

· Ophthalmology and ENT experience highly desirable

· Previous leadership/management experience in theatres desirable

· Excellent written and verbal communication and sound clinical judgement.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and support teams.

· Effective organisational and problem-solving abilities





· Ability to work calmly and effectively in a energetic and fast-paced workplace

· A supportive and collaborative approach to team management
