Current Car Sales Consultant - Porsche Centre Melbourne An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven New Car Sales Consultant to join the team at Porsche Centre Melbourne, located in the vibrant inner-city suburb of Collingwood.

About the Role

As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving allocated sales KPI's, gross targets, and customer satisfaction outcomes while upholding the prestige associated with the Porsche brand.

You will join a high-performing and professional team in a premium showroom environment in Collingwood, representing one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to delivery
- Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Porsche product range and features
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPI's, and gross objectives
- Ensure all customer information and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records within the dealership CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments including Finance & Insurance and Service
- Deliver exceptional customer handovers in line with manufacturer standards
- Participate in vehicle merchandising, yard presentation, and promotional activities
- Mentor and support Sales Cadets where required
- Ensure compliance with WH&S; policies, trade plate usage, and test drive procedures

What We're Looking For

- Proven success in automotive sales or a strong background in retail sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships




- Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems is highly regarded
- Experience using CRM and dealership management systems preferred
- A valid driver's licence is essential
