ACS' is seeking another driven and organised People and Culture Coordinator to join our growing team in Thebarton, South Australia. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing our positive company culture.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to offboarding departing employees
- Coordinating and delivering learning and development initiatives to upskill our team
- Managing employee records and maintaining accurate employee data
- Providing administrative support to the People and Culture team
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with our company values
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar People and Culture or HR Coordinator role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A genuine interest in supporting employee wellbeing and driving a positive company culture
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
