Agreement: Hobart City Council Enterprise Agreement 2024 Salary range: $101,051 to $115,763 per annum + 13.5% superannuation

About The Role The Senior Advisor Community Engagement provides leadership and expert guidance to deliver consistent, high quality community engagement across the organisation. It supports projects using best practice engagement approaches and builds capability across the organisation. A strong focus is placed on capturing and reflecting community input in decision making, to achieve meaningful outcomes for the community.

They will be confident working with a variety of stakeholders and comfortable supporting teams to plan and deliver effective engagement. Solid communication skills and the ability to interpret and present community feedback are key to achieving positive outcomes.
