We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic API Monetisation initiative within a major telecommunications organisation. This project aims to transform internal API capabilities into commercial offerings, enabling new revenue streams and digital partnerships.

As the Senior BA, you will work at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and technology. You’ll be responsible for identifying monetisation opportunities, defining business and functional requirements, and supporting the delivery of scalable API products.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation project, working with cross-functional teams to shape the future of Telco services in a platform-driven economy.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of API ecosystems, digital platforms, or telecommunications environments.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience with API lifecycle management, developer portals, or API monetisation strategies.




- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and facilitating workshops.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess commercial viability and technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
