Responsibilities

As a Service Manager at Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE, you will:
Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate our service team to deliver top-notch customer service and effective repairs.
Ensure Efficiency: Streamline service operations to maximise productivity and quality.
Quality Assurance: Maintain our commitment to excellence by ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
Customer Satisfaction:



Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and handle inquiries and concerns promptly.
Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the service department.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Proven Service Management Experience: Demonstrated success in a service management role within the automotive industry.:
Automotive Knowledge: A deep understanding of Hyundai and Isuzu vehicles is a definite advantage but not essential.
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and solution-oriented.
