As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic **Production Manager** to lead our production and engineering operations to new heights.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement production strategies, policies, and plans to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee production operations ensuring quality, quantity, cost, time, and labor requirements are met, while ensuring smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage maintenance and technical operations of production equipment to ensure peak efficiency, safety, and performance, including overseeing new plant and equipment installations.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards, driving continuous improvements and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements in all production and engineering activities and implement health and safety protocols across departments.
- Lead and manage production and engineering teams, ensuring high performance, staff engagement, and professional development.
- Control production costs by adjusting processes and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability, while managing production budgets.




- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (marketing, R&D;, manufacturing) to integrate engineering solutions into products and processes, and provide detailed reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**
- A relevant qualification (such as a bachelor’s degree) in production management, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in both production management and engineering operations, preferably in food production or manufacturing industries.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and cost optimization.
- Experience in plant and equipment management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
