**JOB VACANCY: RECEPTIONIST**

**Front Office & Guest Services**

**Casual Position**

**Werribee South Tourist Park, located in Werribee South on Port Phillip Bay west of Melbourne, is seeking a Casual Receptionist.**

**Situated 35kms from the Melbourne CBD, the picturesque seaside Park is located where the Werribee River meets Port Phillip Bay.**

**This Council owned facility is operated by the Park Manager, plus live-in caretakers and a small team. The Park has a number of permanent residents, 5 cabins and 50+ powered sites.**

**This casual role can be undertaken with flexible hours between 8am to 5.30pm to assist coverage of the Parks’ requirements during times of planned and unplanned staff leave.**

**About the role**:

- Accept bookings, payments and guest enquiries via phone and in person**
**- Greet guests on their arrival and making them feel welcome and valued**
**- Actively work on the RMS Booking System & Excel**
**- Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Park’s policies and procedures**
**- Professional,



positive demeanour required at all times with effective issue resolution skills**
**- Be self-motivated and able to work on/in other areas of the business when necessary**

**About you**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality/holiday park industry.**
**- RMS or similar reservation system knowledge will be highly regarded**
**- Experience in a small/medium business**
**- Professional written and verbal skills**
**- Front Office/Reception experience with good computer and organisational skills**
**- Ability to work under pressure whilst still having a positive attitude; with effective resolution skills**
**- Enjoy a high amount of people contact**
**- Able to work autonomously**
**- Team work and excellent communication skills is a must.**
**- Must have a current Australian Driver’s License (manual)**
**- Police check and Working with Kids certification required before commencement**

Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
