As a Facility Leader, your focus will be Honeywell’sprimary site representative with responsibility for the successful carrying out of the company's contractual obligations under the Total Asset Management (TAM) contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all planned and essential services maintenance is scheduled, performed, audited and documented
- Manage and and be responsible for financial budget, forecast and outcomes
- Engage in the operation of facilities management
- Lead and manage staff and onsite contractors
- Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental compliance within the team

Key Experience & Capabilities:

- Facility Management experience in commercial sector (essential)
- PPP experience highly regarded




- Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment
- Team leadership experience
- Commercial acumen and proven financial accountability
